Get Rid of Excess Weight with Water-Retention Teas!

You must have come across this dialogue somewhere. Or maybe you’ve experienced it yourself:

– Honey, did you gain a little weight?

– What does that have to do with it? That’s just water retention!

If your weight fluctuates over short periods of time and you constantly feel bloated, you may be experiencing water retention.

Fortunately, it’s possible to get rid of water retention in a very short time with a variety of natural teas that help flush it out and lose weight. Weight-loss teas that reduce water retention are also recommended by dietitians and nutritionists to support many diet programs.

Teas that reduce water retention and bloating help speed up metabolism and blood circulation, helping the body eliminate excess accumulated fluid.

So how do we get these teas?

You can prepare them very practically and quickly at home using ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen, some of which you can also get from herbalists.

Of course, when consuming these healthy water-retention teas, it’s worth listening to what experts say: limit yourself to 2 cups a day and drink them alongside 3 liters of water throughout the day.

The recipes we’ll give below aren’t recommended for people with health problems, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers.

THE SECRET TO THE WATER-RETENTION TEA RECIPE

Boil, or steep…

This secret actually applies to all water-retention teas. After bringing the ingredients together, boiling them on the stove is a well-known mistake. Boiling reduces the nutritional value of healthy ingredients. That’s why you should always steep your water-retention teas for around 10-15 minutes.

Choosing the right, healthy ingredients is also very important when preparing water-retention teas. Get the ingredients you’ll use from trusted herbalists, or choose ones with sealed packaging. Avoid herbalist products where you don’t know the place of production, the expiration date, or the storage conditions.
